Owner of Spin Marketing and Investments, specializing in business development for Israeli firms in Latin America. Roberto is also consulting regional authorities is LATAM in tourism, entrepreneurship and local economic development.
Roberto majored in Geographics and Latin Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MA in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Ralph Ben-Tal - CFO & Vice President
Has been an active member of the management of the Chamber for well over a decade and is currently CFO of P-Cure Ltd, a ground-breaking Israeli medical device company specializing in Proton Radiotherapy Technology. Ralph is UK born and educated and has accumulated many years of experience in financial management, especially concerning the finance of international trade.
Rina Fainstein - Board Member
Is the founder and CEO of Nogaplus, a company that implements innovative entrepreneurial practices within Latin American markets, while promoting growth- generating ecosystems. Born in Uruguay (lived in Chile, Argentina, Mexico and USA) and now residing in Israel, Rina leads innovation processes as an entrepreneur, lecturer, mentor and marketing research expert. Her vision is to link innovation with positive psychology for the benefit of her clients and partners. Rina has an M.A. in Research Psychology from Bar Ilan University in Israel, and is the author of numerous papers on marketing research and customer satisfaction.
