Ten local companies will stay for a week in Israel exploring new business for export and import.
A commercial trip by Cordobese companies to Israel will take place from the 24th to 30th June, 2010, leaded by the Governor of the Province. The goal of these activities is to strengthen the business interchange and generate new commercial possibilities.
This event arose by the initiative of the Israeli Consulate in Cordoba, Argentina, and the ProCordoba Agency.
Entrepreneurs from a dozen of different companies in the Alimentary and Technological sector that want to go forward in the interchange, as much to sell as to acquire know how, have been invited to participate in this commercial institutional mission that is going to be held until the 30th of the month. Registrations to conform the delegation have closed today.
Participants' profile
To determine the productive sectors with commercial opportunities in the Middle East, we have used as a reference the data contained in the bilateral commerce registries between Argentina and Israel. In that sense, the parties that were selected have been detected as top volumes and percentage of increase in the commercial flow for the past four years. Also, the information of the strongest sectors in Import was analyzed and taken into consideration.
The sectors called to participate in this mission were those for Dairy, Meats, Peanuts, Preserves, Marmalade, Alcoholic Beverages, and Vinegars. Moreover, Software, Watering Technology and Water Treatments, Aeronautics and Aerospace Industry Companies, Soap Manufacturers, Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical Products were also invited.
The Cordobese delegation will also count with the support and accompaniment of the Provincial Authorities. Governor Schiaretti will chair the mission together with other authorities from some Ministries, ProCordoba Agency and Universities.
The city of Tel Aviv will be the place from which the delegation will move to make the different programmed activities. Participants will receive economic help for this mission. Companies will get the 50% to cover traveling expenses (plain, accommodations, etc.) for one representative by Company. The total of participants will be of ten.
